ZettelkastenAI is free forever with your own key, and every account gets free hosted messages to try the subscription experience. We encourage you to use the free tier first to confirm the plugin fits your workflow.

14-day money-back guarantee

If you're not satisfied with a paid subscription, email us within 14 days of the charge — whether it's your first payment or a renewal — and we'll refund it in full. No complicated hoops.

Cancelling a subscription

• You can cancel anytime; cancelling stops the next renewal.
• After cancelling, your plan stays active until the end of the period you've already paid for, then reverts to the free tier.
• Outside the 14-day window, we don't refund partial or unused portions of a billing period, but you keep full access until it ends.

Heavy usage

Because paid plans include real usage of a hosted model, a refund may be adjusted or declined if an account has already consumed a large share of the plan's quota for the period being refunded. We look at each case fairly.

When a refund may be declined

We may decline a refund where there is clear evidence of abuse — for example, repeated buy-and-refund cycles, quota farming, or a request made well outside the 14-day window. We handle every request in good faith.

How to request a refund

Email tarasov.slavas2002@gmail.com from the address on your account, or with your receipt details. Tell us which plan you're on and, if you like, why it didn't fit. We aim to reply within 2 business days. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method; how long it takes to appear depends on your bank or payment provider.

Statutory rights

This policy is in addition to any refund or cancellation rights you have under applicable consumer-protection law, which it does not limit.
